E-Aadhaar Download:

Here we will talk about the eaadhar card in details. This is the soft copy of you original adhar card. It is present in PDF format and you need PDF reader to open it. You can print this card in any paper and it will act as the original card.

This is approved from UIDAI and every organization or department has to accept it as a valid ID proof. Many organizations do not accept the black and white printout. Therefore we advise all to make a colour printout as the original and submit photocopy of that if needed.

The official UIDAI website is uidai.gov.in. This is one stop portal for all the aadhaar related information. In this section we will provide instructions to download from the website. We also have a direct link to the download page so that you do not need to navigate.

Before proceeding to Aadhaar download, one must have the adhar card number. If you do not have that, then you need the EID. If you do not have that also then retrieve the adhar number first. This is also done on the official website. There is option to retrieve EID or aadhaar number on uidai.gov.in.

  1. First, go to the official UIDAI website.
  2. Next, search for Download Eaadhar Card.
  3. After that, fill the required details.
  4. Next, click on Get OTP.
  5. Now you will receive OTP on your registered mobile number.
  6. Finally, enter the OTP and proceed to download.

Print Adhar Card:

So now you have the aadhar card pdf download on your computer. Now use any PDF reader to open the file. However, it will ask for the password to open the file. Now enter your area Pin Code to unlock and view your card.
